Schiphol is strengthening the relationship with passengers by focusing on the new reality due to COVID-19, supported by a data-driven approach for passenger experience management. On 28 October Berend-Jan Rietveld, Head of Passenger Experience (PX) and Theo van der Steen, Director of Underlined, shared how Schiphol is developing an excellent passenger experience based on data, insights, and Passenger Experience (PX). During this interactive webinar, the participants gained more insight into the PX approach and promises Schiphol makes to passengers. In addition, they shared how they have deployed the PX Insights framework, what insights it has provided and how the PX Value Team is acting to make the Schiphol experience on time and safe.
