Junior Business Development Consultant

As a Junior Business Development consultant you are responsible for actively approaching the customers in our target group. You do this by means of a proactive approach to potential new customers. Think of telephone contact but also by email, social media and events. You are not alone in this position, but you do have a self-starter mentality in which you like to take the initiative to map the market. Within this position you will be responsible for maintaining your own sales pipeline and you will report to your leadership of the Sales department.

Role description

You initiate the entire sales process from A to Z, such as hot and cold acquisition;
You are able to translate the business into underlined’s technical product;
In collaboration with the marketing department, you ensure good online visibility in order to generate leads;
You are responsible for following up on leads;
You are involved in follow-up marketing;
You keep yourself continuously up to date when it comes to the development within the CX domain;
You will immerse yourself in market and industry developments as well as in the field of customer journeys, customer experience and artificial intelligence;
You have a proactive attitude in carrying out your marketing activities.

Knowledge and experience

You have at least HBO working and thinking level;
You have a quantitative background in sales & marketing;
You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the field of sales or marketing;
Experience with both hot and cold acquisition;
