Customer Experience Consultant

As a Customer Experience Consultant you are the link between the customer (question) and your colleagues. Together with a team consisting of internal colleagues and the customer, you will work on challenging data assignments in the customer experience domain. You take the customer along in the possibilities within our field and ensure that you bring this to a good end result together with the team.

Role description

You translate the business question into the right data science techniques or analysis approach;
You convert model outcomes into improvement actions towards customers in workshops and deliveries;
You are a strategic sparring partner of (senior) management in the field of data science and customer experience management;
You further expand existing collaborations with customers and customer accounts;
You support content in obtaining new accounts;
You increase the visibility of Underlined and further expand tools and approach;
You will immerse yourself in market and industry developments as well as in the field of customer journeys, customer experience and artificial intelligence.

Knowledge and experience

You have at least HBO working and thinking level;
You have a quantitative background in, for example, data science/data analytics;
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of customer experience or marketing;
You have experience with project management, preferably within complex environments;
You have well-developed advisory skills on the client or agency side;
You are analytically strong, communicatively skilled and want to further develop yourself on this;
You are result-oriented and can translate vision and insights into concrete actions.
