Azure DevOps Engineer

As an Azure Cloud engineer, you are responsible for automating and running our customers’ environment. This includes building pipelines, developing, setting up and managing SQL environments, automating deployments, but also setting up environments. Together with the service Team you are constantly looking for the best solution for our customers. How can it be smarter, more efficient and better? You are the initiator towards our customers. Clicking is an absolute no-go for you and all adjustments come – as it should – from the pipeline. In addition, we are still investigating what benefits Azure can bring us even more. You play a central role in this, by applying improvement opportunities, using the Azure platform.

Azure DevOps Engineer

Role description

Provision and set up Azure pipelines;
Dashboarding and tooling;
Investigate the data and IT needs of our internal customers and respond to them;
Automate management and deployments;
Translating ICT technology into possibilities and functionalities for customers.

We believe in focus, both in theory and in practice. That is why your training program and knowledge development is fully focused on Microsoft Cloud. You follow training courses (together or individually) and on a regular basis you visit fairs and seminars that appeal to you.

Knowledge and experience

An OPS engineer who takes his career seriously;
HBO/WO graduate or a proven track-record;
You have relevant experience with techniques such as .NET, C#;
An Azure Administrator Associate or DevOps Engineer Expert certification is a big plus;
Experience and fan of Azure DevOps;
A contagious enthusiasm for the latest Cloud techniques;
You are allergic to clicks and believe in the power of automation;
A source of information for our (internal) customers in your field;
Prefer to work with the latest techniques.
