On Tuesday 12 October, we organized a hybrid round table about the Customer Experience Index, in collaboration with VGZ & Motivaction. Teaming up for groundbreaking CX brand research. Looking in practice, branding and Customer Experience appear to be separate worlds. But the customer expects a consistent and seamless experience. Motivaction and Underlined joined forces to generate insights that help organizations to further streamline their brand and customer experience strategy.
